PROtek Preschool Terms of Service
Effective date: August 26, 2026
These Terms govern use of the PROtek Installer and PROtek Preschool software.
Authorized use
The software may be used only by authorized customers and users and in accordance with applicable license terms. Users are responsible for providing accurate setup information and for maintaining control of their accounts and credentials.
Google Cloud and Firebase resources
The PROtek Installer may create or configure Google Cloud and Firebase resources on behalf of a school account owner after that owner grants authorization. The school account owner remains responsible for the Google account, cloud project, billing account, usage charges, and permissions associated with those resources.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, circumvent licensing or security controls, or use the software in violation of applicable law.
Availability and changes
Cloud services are provided in part through third-party platforms, including Google Cloud and Firebase. Availability may therefore depend on third-party systems, account permissions, quotas, billing status, and network access. PROtek may update the software and these Terms as the product evolves.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided subject to the applicable license agreement and without guarantees that third-party services will always be available or error-free. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing customer agreement.
